Diets...uggh


DIETING....

Its that time, time to pick out a new bathing suit...but how to shed the extra weight from the winter, child bearing, overeating, depression or whatever else seems to always have to effect woman's weight. I have tried every diet known to man..... I will not list them all, I wouldn't want to dog someone's million dollar fad diet idea. Bottom line is, over the winter I was weighing in at 165lbs. Ok, that may not sound too bad, but when your short as well, it is noticeable, no matter how much black you wear. SO, I went with Weight Watchers and...LOVE IT! I have shed 30lbs over the past few months, and I feel beautiful again. Bottom line, this diet works, just stick to it, don't cheat, switch to diet soda and water, don't eat unless your hungry. Tell the bad eating influences in your life to dine without you. If you want to lose weight, do weight watchers! It is really the only one that has worked. You cannot starve yourself, live on liquid, afford to buy prepackaged food delivered to your door every meal, live without carbs (you have to have them), etc. Weight watchers you can eat what you want, and its all about portion control.
